Booking confirmation

All tennis coaching sessions are subject to availability. Booking confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment and completion of the booking process.

Payment

Payment for coaching sessions must be made online in full at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

Any reschedules must be made more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled coaching session. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the coaching session may be rescheduled at the discretion of the coaching staff.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations can be made in cases of emergency only. To cancel and request a refund, please email us at renouf@planitpro.co.nz. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the coaching session may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of the coaching staff.

Attendance

Participants are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled coaching sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.

Health and safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good physical condition to participate in tennis coaching sessions. Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed to the coaching staff prior to the session. Participants are required to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the coaching staff during the session.

Liability waiver

Participation in tennis coaching sessions is at the participant's own risk. PLANiTPRO and its staff shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents or damages that may occur during the session, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Code of conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times during the coaching session. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the coaching staff may result in termination of the session without refund.

Photography and video

PLANiTPRO reserves the right to take photographs or videos during coaching sessions for promotional or instructional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the coaching staff in advance.
